1930s Magnus Læssøe Stephensen for Fritz Hansen

Very rare model of Magnus Læssøe Stephensen chair for Fritz Hansen 1930s. This chair was part of a series called DAN which include a variety of models and are quite common to find still. But what is very rare and amusing about this particular chair is the “Mickey Mouse” shaped backrest. We find it to be designed with such belief that this no coincidence. Brillant design history.
This chair is kept in the original vintage state it was found. Solid and useable with fantastic patina and a new upholstery.
